Most of our orders are shipped 1-2 days from purchase pending availability and finalized payment transaction. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 1-9  business days of its ship date (depending on delivery location). If you need your item(s) sooner, please select the express delivery shipping option (only available for The Netherlands). We do not ship on Sundays and on Dutch holidays. Once your package has been signed for and delivered, Atarah Chai is not responsible for theft or damage. If you choose to waive the signature, your package is only insured through transit, and you will bear responsibility upon delivery. Atarah Chai  is not responsible for packages once they have been scanned and delivered.



You will be charged for pre-orders when you place the order. if your order includes items that are not on pre-order, they will have to wait and be shipped with the pre-ordered item. If you want them to be delivered separately please place separate orders. The pre-orders will be shipped when the products arrive. This is always a maximum of 4 weeks.

Rest of Europe: 1-9 working days.

USA: 4-9 working days.

Canada: 4-9 working days.

UAE: 5-10 working days.

Ghana: 5-10 working days.

Rest of the World: 10-15 working days (may be longer for slow-to-ship countries)

All express deliveries are delivered the next day. If otherwise due to production complications, we will contact you.

If you want to receive a parcel in a country that is not mentioned in the Estimate shipping costs option, please drop us an email at: so we can send you the order link with shipping costs if confirmed.


Returns (Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable)


Without prejudice to any applicable warranties provided under the law on the purchased product, Atarah Chai will be pleased to accept the exchange of products within 14 days from the date of delivery in return for a refund. Products that are in sale or personalized can not be returnedMerchandise must be in original condition, unaltered, in its original packaging with added accessories. Please note: Atarah Chai boxes should not be used as the actual shipping box. Please make sure to put a shipping poly bag around it or a carton box. Atarah Chai is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.


For all international returns, please ensure that you pay for all customs duties and taxes. Any returned items (at your own cost) with outstanding duties/tax charges may be held at customs. We will not cover these charges and you will need to contact your courier to resolve this. If the product is returned damaged, the return will be rejected and sent back to the customer at your own cost.


Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed. Orders placed during online sales/promotions are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed. If product is returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, scratch, the smell of fragrances and smoke.
